Life Pharmacy Northlands is one of the largest retail pharmacies, located in the Northlands Shopping Centre in the North West of Christchurch. This area is one of the fastest growing urban corridors in Christchurch. We require a Dispensary Manager to manage this busy dispensary and participate in the management of the whole retail store.
Along with 2 other pharmacists, 2 dispensary technicians and a pharmacy intern this Dispensary manager is principally responsible for the provision of Primary Health care to our catchment area for the rational use of medicine, dispensing of medicine, compounding of medicine, drug administration choices, ensuring a safe, innovative and efficient service and a strong focus on patient contact and personal advice.
We seek a fully registered NZ pharmacist who has had some retail pharmacy experience. The will have strong communication skills and have the ability to interact with people of all ages. Ability to network and form relationships with other local Health workers is essential. An interest in other complimentary Health Services would also be advantageous.
