SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - VOICE

With total ownership of the voice and voice related products portfolio, you will be responsible for meeting the current and future needs of our customers, and have a key part to play in influencing them to want to join and stay with Vodafone.
Working closely with the customer development, sales, technology and customer operations teams, you will innovate, coordinate and deliver exciting voice propositions that are competitive and substantiate the Vodafone brand promise. With outstanding experience in honing product offerings which tap into unique customer insight, as well as being expert in working with customer behavioural data and the necessary resources to deliver customer campaigns, you will really understand how to drive revenue growth from this significant and exciting portfolio.
Your product management experience is a given, as is your proof of experience in managing large complex programmes and ability to deliver large revenue streams. An expert in the development of commercially sound business cases, supported with strong planning, budgeting and forecasting experience, you will negotiate challenges with ease, multitask and add the kind of value that will make us wonder how we ever got on without you!
