If you have a strong background in process improvement and experience working with industry methodologies to influence systems and processes then this contract opportunity requiring practical application may be just what you are looking for.
My client is looking for a proven performer who is prepared to ˇ°get their hands dirtyˇ±, assess the structure of the current systems and processes, work alongside subject matter experts, make recommendations, provide reports to management and assist with developing business plans to implement change.
The role is open to functional expertise, but you will ideally have a solid amount of process and procedure experience in Service Delivery industries. Obviously strong communication skills are paramount, as is a self managing attitude, the ability to deliver first class results and a flair for analytical thinking. A business background coupled with outstanding business acumen will also ensure success. You will have the ability to offer recommendations to provide strategic direction and solutions.
