Community Mental Health Nurse – Mental Health
North Shore Locality - Team 1
An opportunity is available for an experienced Mental Health nurse to join our supportive community Mental Health team. The role involves providing care coordination and specialist nursing input to clients and their families of the service.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible clinician with sound assessment skills who is committed to a recovery focused approach. You would need to have a current practising certificate, driver’s licence and be able to work autonomously while also be a team player.
