East and West Adult Community Mental Health Teams
We are seeking a suitably skilled and qualified person for this permanent position. You must be Registered with the New Zealand Nursing Council and have Mental Health nursing experience, preferable including High & Complex Needs clients.
You will:
• Work across and be part of two supportive Multi Disciplinary Community Mental Health Teams based at New Plymouth
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to work within best practice treatment frameworks,
• Have responsibility for key working and general mental health nursing duties primarily focussed on clients with High & Complex Needs and those transitioning from Forensic Services.
• Participate in establishing and maintaining effective networks within the community and all Mental Health & Addiction Services personnel.
• Be committed to ensuring your own skills are up to date and be willing to share knowledge with your colleagues,
• Have the ability to plan your schedules, ensuring resources are utilised efficiently.
• Have a clean drivers licence.
