Project Manager - Construction

Small Long established Contractor
Our client is a small main contractor with a solid history of construction projects over many years in the Auckland region. Having successfully won a central Auckland apartment contract they now require an additional stand alone Project Manager to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing sub-contractors and dealing with consultants in the commercial property sector. This is a residential project of pre-cast concrete construction and we will expect you to be confident with both pre-cast elements as well as in-situ concrete form work and construction methodology.
The project is conveniently located just off the motorway so accessible from most parts of Greater Auckland. The successful applicant will have a sound career history and references and be capable of delivering projects within tight time frames. Relevant contacts in the Auckland market would ideally be required for this role so that additional resources can be called upon when necessary.
