This respected and well established manufacturing company based in East-Tamaki is currently in the market for a Maintenance Manager.
Key activities and accountabilities within the role are varied and will include functional relationships with Site Manager, Leadership Teams, Factory Managers, Laboratory Team and Operational Teams, whilst also overseeing safety, production to plan, productivity, quality, HR and continuous improvement within the plant.
It is envisaged the successful applicant will have an Engineering qualification with several years hands on management experience.
This varied and challenging role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to plan, forecast and manage budgets.
Responsibilities will include:
Health and Safety
Engineering, management of all site engineering activities
Quality, resource trained teams with appropriate skills
Team Management, support team to meet all site objectives
Production, improving efficiency and productivity
HR & Training, maintenance of staff morale and identification of team member training
