Using your exceptional relationship and influencing skills you will be responsible for providing advice, guidance and solutions to managers to enable their development and potential as leaders. In turn, your efforts will be rewarded by contributing to the success of the organisation and the community.
Ideally you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in management, education and/or learning and development, preferably to postgraduate level and the following:
Proven experience and success in a leadership and management development role. An ability to influence and collaborate with management at all levels. Credibility to develop and maintain relationships. Demonstrated knowledge of key human resources and/or learning systems. A proactive approach to work to anticipate situations and provide solutions.
