Description |
Employer:Drake International (EC)
HR Advisor
Auckland City location – 2 months contract
We are searching for a strong - intermediate level HR advisor, with an immediate start to take on the challenge of this 2-month contract.
The job will involve;
General consulting duties
Writing Position Descriptions
Conducting gap analysis
Co-ordination of salary reviews for the groups
Implementation of HR initiatives to the groups
Communicating what is happening from an HR perspective to the Groups
Recruitment
We are looking for;
Good relationship skills
Ability to get up to speed quickly
Ability to start immediately
