The tax team in Auckland stands out with its innovative thinking and ability to provide value added solutions to complex tax problems. Through its wealth of local and international Tax experience the practice helps clients grow offering high-quality professional advice in areas such as international tax, compliance, strategic and transactional tax and employee tax services.
We are seeking a (CA or Tax law) qualified professional with at least 4-5 years experience in the Tax arena in New Zealand. Exceptional communication and report writing skills and strong client focus are key to this role. In addition the varied and multifunctional nature of this role require sound expertise in both compliance and consulting including a good understating of the existing legislation and up-to-date knowledge of IRD rulings.
A big part of the role represents an interesting mix of general and operational management, client relationship management and business development. Good grounding in accounting and understanding of financial statements in the context of complex tax assignments is crucial.
