New Zealand Post’s Heartland Business is looking for an experienced, energetic and highly motivated Business Analyst to support our Dunedin based National Manager.
Your creative side will be stimulated by the challenge to identify operational performance improvement opportunities through analysis of the many non-financial indicators, while your business accounting interest will be satisfied by the budgets, accruals, variance reporting and business planning aspects of the role.
As a key player in a widely dispersed team which manages the mail processing and delivery services across New Zealand’s provincial areas, you will get involved in business financials and budgets, plus some serious analysis of non-financial indicators looking for trends and improvement opportunities using tools such as performance charting, bench-marking, site by site comparisons and ranking indicators.
You may be:
A Business Analyst looking to stretch and challenge yourself even further or
Have a solid management/leadership background and are looking for a role that will seriously develop your already strong numerical, budgeting and analytical skills, or
A Management Accounting looking for an analytical role that will get you out from behind the desk and into the field on occasions while still providing you with financial challenges.
