This is a significant leadership role within our organisation – Shared Services is a ¡°business within a business¡± and includes our Group Capability for services such as National Procurement, National Payroll, Accounting Services and National Recruitment.
This is a rare opportunity for a CA qualified commercial manager to lead a newly formed team of experts, set a vision and deliver results across the Group. You will be very comfortable influencing, presenting and persuading at a senior level and have the commercial acumen as well as interpersonal savvy to achieve results in a large and complex organisation.
A key challenge for you stepping into the role will be establishing a Shared Services Best Practice through utilising your deep commercial experience to create the future operating model for Shared Services across the Post Group supporting your leaders to drive process and system improvement initiatives.
