Service Delivery Manager

A talented individual who can balance the challenge between leading others, build lasting relationships, identify business growth opportunities while maintaining a strong operational focus is a rare breed. The role of Service Delivery Manager is fundamentally a mix between service and operational focus. Responsibilities consist of managing and supporting a national network of small business owners ensuring service standards are delivered. Maintaining the integrity of the brand is critical through managing quality management systems and audit processes. Identifying opportunities for business growth is also a core focus, as is sourcing and recruiting new business talent as expansion occurs.
