OFFICE JUNIOR / SALES SUPPORT

Based in the Auckland CBD

This is an outstanding opportunity for you to kick start a career in an organisation that values your input and supports you in your development with technical and professional people. Based in the Auckland CBD, they are currently searching for a junior person to assist in the sales and reception functions for their busy support office.

You must have good communication capabilities, be comfortable dealing in technical issues and have evidence of an aptitude in mathematics, computer usage and some experience in reception and sales work evident in your career to date.

Your duties will involve office administration and specific responsibilities for advanced stationery order processing, answering incoming calls and delivery of outstanding customer service relating to these inquiries. Dispatching product orders and liaison with technical staff as required.

This is certainly an entry level position with a mix of duties that makes it a step higher than normal. A suitable remuneration would be discussed with the successful candidate. If you believe you are the one for this role then we want to hear from you.
