Description |
This multinational FMCG organisation based in Petone who offer an excellent salary and benefits package, and a great working environment, have an exciting payroll opportunity within their growing finance team.
Reporting through the Financial Accounting Manager this is a stand alone position that will encompass the processing and payment of salaried and weekly paid staff, PAYE payments and reconciliations, liaising with all external bodies including the IRD, and the Department of Statistics as well as ensuring compliance to all internal policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be a payroll professional with at least 3 years payroll experience and will be up to date with all current legislation. You will have strong IT skills inc MS Excel and will have experience in using a computerised payroll system such as peoplesoft or datacom. You will have strong interpersonal skills and will be comfortable liaising with staff at all levels across this multinational orgainisation
