Process Improvement Manager PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER This innovative and highly progressive company, experiencing much growth is looking for a Process Improvement Manager. This is a senior role and requires and experienced individual who ideally comes from a complex FMCG or retail environment. A key position within the organisation, you will be leading and managing a team of five on all process improvement iniatives across merchandising and ensuring effective capability development via appropriate training resources. We are looking for an individual with demonstrated process improvement experience (including appropriate tools/ methodology), experience in training/ coaching, and design/ implementation of training documentation and systems. Driven by results, you will be fresh in your approach, be effective at communicating across all levels and be commercially aware. This is a rare opportunity to affect change.
