This strategically crucial role provides the opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of service and support for the Christchuch division of New Zealands largest electronics company.
Your leadership responsibility will extend to all technical support activities, support contract management and the administrative and financial management for the Christchurch division of the Oceania region. Internally you will be responsible for creating a coordinated approach across the technical support, sales, and logistics teams. Externally, you will be working with Blue Chip companies and New Zealands largest Government departments to produce win/win outcomes for both the organisation and your clients.
As an accomplished business manager, your greatest competency will be your ability to identify and co-ordinate those key activities that enable the business to perform beyond the sum of its parts. As a leader of people your coaching, mentoring and motivational skills will allow you to facilitate the unifying of teams and individuals in a manner that will continue to distinguish this company from its competitors.
To be considered for this position you will require:
-A minimum 5 years management experience
-Technical background, preferably in electronics/radio communication
-NZCE or equivalent in Business Management
- Solid commercial business knowledge
-Experienced in people management and motivation
