As Human Resources Manager for New Zealand, you will enjoy working closely with the Group MD and the management team while driving the successful deployment of best practice HR and people development initiatives across the group.
The challenge ahead will be to continue to deliver and improve upon best practice HR initiatives in a very dynamic, creative and fluid work environment, where the ability to engender trust and respect amongst peers and staff is a critical factor.
Recognising that the company¡¯s most valued asset is its people, a key focus for the HR Manager will be planning and managing the implementation of people development initiatives and training programmes, with access to extensive local and international resources.
