Our Human Capital practice is looking for a talented Manager to provide strategic consulting services to fast growing clients and drive practice growth in Wellington. As part of a national human capital team, responsibilities will include:
High quality project delivery to clients using a blend of established global methodologies and personal skills, experience and innovative thinking;
Business development consistent with our established strategic growth plans;
A strong direct contribution to building our Human Capital methodologies and approaches; and
Contributing to the professional growth of team members.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
An MBA or other post graduate degree.
At least five years experience in a consulting, change management or a line human resources role.
Highly effective stakeholder management and leadership skills
Proven relationship and/or business develop competencies; and
A practical orientation and strong commercial bent.
