Description |

HR and Workforce Analyst
Auckland District Health Board is seeking to appoint a proactive, focused individual who is business savvy and has an analytical mind. This autonomous role is responsible for providing HR data analysis, in order to develop and maintain reporting and remuneration frameworks for ADHB. Ideally you will have a background in data analysis and a genuine interest in HR.
This challenging yet rewarding position will provide you the opportunity to make a real impact on remuneration strategies. This pivotal role within the HR team will see the successful applicant participating in reporting, analysis and interpretation of information that will be communicated back to senior managers of ADHB. Excellent communication skills and a sound judgement are essential to the success of this role.
You will be well versed in analysing and extracting data on a daily basis and you will have excellent numeracy and analytical skills and be computer literate. Being proficient in the use of Microsoft Access and/or Excel will be a must.
This position is a permanent fulltime role working from Monday to Friday.
