Our Psychometric Consultant is a valuable part of the Pohlen Kean offering, providing objective measurement to our recruitment processes with recommendations that consider the candidate, the role and the organisational culture. We need someone who understands the principles of psychometric assessment and can apply this within the Pohlen Kean scope, with an emphasis on adding value for both our clients and our candidates.
Ideally you will be a recent graduate, preferably at Masters level, with a strong interest in contributing to the growth of a successful professional services consultancy. You will have a passion for psychometrics and a strong desire to grow your commercial experience. Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential as is a solid knowledge of psychometric principles and organisational psychology.
The opportunity exists to build strong relationships with clients and to make a real contribution to their business success and ours.
