You will need to feel comfortable operating independently while working alongside project managers, designers and the general public.
Flexible, adaptable and easy-going. We need you to be able to offer quality customer service to a diverse range of clients.
You will love supporting and understand the importance of keeping people informed, you will be dealing with sourcing/ordering of products, liaising between suppliers and project managers, dealing with queries and be juggling many balls at once on occasions. So I will need for you to be able to work under pressure and have exceptional follow up and follow through standards. Excellent organisational skills are key, along with fit for this team, they are all quite task focused and set for themselves high levels of service.
