If you have a trade background, you are computer literate, enjoy being kept on your toes and have a knowledge of the maintenance industry, then read on.
The company is a well established organisation with long term contracts in place with local bodies, private developers and other large industrial and commercial facilities.
Your role will see you leading a team of project managers and co-ordinate and deploy resources and trades people as well as being one of the key client interfaces.
You will need a keen eye for business development, with a strong sense of commercial awareness and be contractually savvy. You will have a strong work ethic and lead from the front, driving quality completion within contracted parameters.
