Our client is a global leader in Service Management and Facilities Management Solutions and due to expansion they are currently recruiting for the following role in Auckland:
This senior management position is responsible for managing and directing the national service business to achieve optimum profitability by delivering single and multi-disciplined service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: To Increase market share in the local area whilst servicing the established client portfolio
Maintaining the high level of Customer satisfaction
Staff development: hiring staff, staff retention and providing development and effective management to the existing Engineers/Technicians
Overseeing all the financial aspects, which include P&L, forecasting, receivables management, budgeting and control, account management and customer satisfaction
The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in mechanical or electrical Engineering/HVAC or Building Control with a minimum of 5 years experience of management responsibilities. Have a proven profit and loss management track record and must be able to display a successful sales growth in a local area, excellent customer satisfaction, service delivery and employee development.
