Business Release Manager
Change Control, Release Management, what every want to call it, it’s about controlling hardware and software impacts to BAU. If you have a background in this then look no further.
The management of how both software and hardware is released into the business environment is critical. Process and planning is essential to make sure good governance is adhered to at all times so we require someone with Leadership, relationship Mgmt and a strong grasp of the ITIL framework to step into this role as the Release Manager.
Key skills and experience will need to be apparent for the successful applicant;
Experience planning and overseeing technology changes to the business
Liaison with internal and external change teams
Project management
Facilitation of change meetings around process, MACS etc
Documentation of all necessary information to the wider business
