An international Software company specialising in the development and distribution of Computer Telephony Integration as well as Internet and Multimedia based technologies is seeking to recruit a Technical Writer.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Writer within the software industry.
To be successful for this role you must bring with you a high level of energy and commitment and possess excellent communication and organisational skill.
Exposure to Telephony/IVR systems
Experience with RoboHelp or similar technologies
Web design and development to include .Net and XML
