Description |
Protocol Personnel Services Salary: $25 - $35/hr
Process Writer• 6 month contract • Leading Vendor organisation - CBD • Helpdesk/Desktop experience required Our client is a global IT vendor and they are looking to add a Process Writer to their Service Assurance team. They offer the chance to join a fun team providing process documentation to their internal service teams - Helpdesk, desktop support.
You will be working with other managers to develop tools and templates to facilitate the collection of process information and investigate and employ tools to disseminate completed process documentation.
You will need the following to be considered for this role:
• Knowledge of ITIL or ITSM • Methodical, organised and consistent approach • Excellent communication skills • Analytical skills • Excellent documentation presentation skills and an eye for detail • Manage and prioritise workload effectively • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products, i.e. MS Word, MS Visio. • ITIL certification. • Confidence to question existing practice and suggest improvement • Continually strives to improves skills and knowledge
Above all, you will be friendly, professional and have a good deal of proven initiative. You must be able to work autonomously as well has have the ability to fit into a small dynamic team.
