Solution Architect - J2EE

Provide internal architecture consultancy to recommend design solutions and create the solution architecture strategy!

Work within a large financial services organisation, with an SOA focus in a role where you will lead business process improvement initiatives, within a J2EE environment.

You will have 12+ years experience in IT, with at least 2 years experience architecting solutions for large organisations. You will be an expert in the areas of J2EE, Lotus Notes and RPG, with experience of architecting solutions on an IBM platform.

Ideally you will be degree qualified, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to lead a team and manage change is essential; along with an understanding of current IS systems, applications, and functions.
