WANTED: Architects on the run!
WANTED: Java Architect, J2EE Architect, Solutions Architect
These architects are on the run in Auckland, and our clients are desperately seeking their capture. Must be turned in alive.
1. Java Architect The most dangerous of the three. Can be identified by 3+ years application architecture experience within a commercial software house. Will have 7+ years software development, with a minimum of 3+ years java development experience. Technical team leadership will also be prevalent. Last seen wearing Java, J2EE, Tomcat, Spring, SOAP, and JBoss. May be found developing Java/J2EE applications, designing application frameworks, customising components, or mentoring other developers at large.
2. J2EE Architect Can be identified by their strong experience in architectural roles, within an SOA environment. 2+ years architecture experience for large organisations, and a strong background in IT (10+ years). May also carry financial services experience, but may not have it on them at the time of capture. Was caught on camera outside the local dairy carrying advice and project consultancy, influence and negotiation skills, definitions and architecture of solutions, and meeting technical objectives. Very crafty and difficult to find.
3. Solutions Architect Difficult to spot from a distance, but do not risk getting too close. Keep an eye out for SOA, e-commerce application design, Perl and Java, 6+ years development experience, with 2+ years at a senior level. Often found in back alleys planning and enhancing projects, providing technical design expertise, and ensuring smooth implementations of hardware and software. May have a large tattoo on arm.
DO NOT APPROACH! These architects are armed with strong architecture skills in their specific field, and are considered dangerous. If you do see one, suggest they turn themselves in for a reward!
Reward: Salary negotiable, depending on skills, experience, and role
