Principal Wanted!
My client, a growing international language school based in Auckland CBD, is seeking a principal to work with the tutors, faculty, staff and students to develop curriculum, implement current strategic goals and help plan a stellar future for this remarkable institution
Qualifications:
Principal will require at least at Bachelor¡¯s Degree and a formal teaching qualification.
Proven experience in and credibility with the tertiary sector.
An enthusiasm for the industry.
Support by practical experience
Requirement:
Has core knowledge and practical skills needed to perform a range of tasks of a routine and more complex nature with leadership and up to date knowledge in the profession.
Ability to use substantial applied knowledge and practical skills in their role.
The ability to be responsible for the quality of their own outcomes in teaching, learning and assessment. The ability to successfully develop and deliver quality programs of learning.
The ability to utilize personal skills to achieve goals and a high standard of performance this would include being effective in resource planning and utilization. This include strong interpersonal and communication skills and the demonstrated ability to be both well organized and flexible in your approach.
Client account development and management skills.
The ability to suggest and contribute new idea and initiatives
