Architectural Technicians - Auckland
Our clientĄ¯s commitment to successful projects has brought them much recognition and success both nationally and internationally.
Their clients – some of the best and most respected companies in New Zealand – have required a full range of interior architectural design and project management services.
They require New Zealand Experienced Architectural Technicians and Draftspersons with a minimum 3 years industry experience. The role requires having a good knowledge of the New Zealand building codes and experience and interest in residential and commercial, both new and refurbishments.
To be considered for this role you will ideally:
At least 3 New Zealand experience
Have extensive hands-on experience within the residential & commercial sectors
CAD Draughting packages
Sound construction knowledge and detailing ability
Good working knowledge of relevant building codes
An excellent understanding of producing drawings
Experience working as part of a design team
