Our client is one of New Zealands leading and most innovative residential builders. Due to a period of structured growth they require an intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
With their own in house estimation, design, and project management teams this is not your average residential organisation. This is an opportunity to join a supportive, structured and dynamic team.
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:
The ability to adhere to time and budget constraints
A Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
Unrivalled commercial acumen
Demonstrate a desire to grow with the company.
Attention to detail combined with problem solving skills.
This role would suit an Intermediate/Junior Qs who is willing to step up to the next level. With work hard play hard environment this is a great opportunity to join a vibrant team who work with passion.
