Intermediate / Senior QS required for a Privately owned construction company, focused on providing cost effective, high quality construction solutions to the commercial property market. Projects include fit-out, D&B, refuurbishments and contract management
You will be able to demonstrate:
Experience in commercial & fit-out construction
Unrivalled communication, organisational skills
Flexibility / adaptability, working on multiple projects at various stages of completion.
Attention to detail combined with problem solving skills.
The ability to work closely & build rapport with clients to gain repeat business
This role would suit an Intermediate QS looking to step in to a senior position to take control of the contract administration department.
