One of the North Shore's long established, reputable flooring companies is seeking a switched on person to take on this newly created role.
Continued growth has seen the need for someone with proven skills to take on this multi-faceted role, which would suit someone at a junior or intermedate level.
Focused on the company's commercial side of the business you will be required to:
* do take-offs from plans and cost-up;
* manage the tender process;
* manage the contract, ie, organise contractors and maintain client relations; also
* develop strong relationships with existing clients.
This role requires someone with similar experience within the flooring industry or an appropriate qualification.
You will have a great attitude, enjoy building relationships with suppliers, contractors and clients, have a real eye for detail and good planning/time management skills.
