Trader Group (a division of ACP Media Ltd) publishes thirteen market leading magazines and eight websites, such as Auto Trader, Trade a Boat, Motorcycle Trader & News, www.autotrader.co.nz, www.sellmefree.co.nz and www.tradeaboat.co.nz.
We are seeking a bright, hardworking individual to fill the full time role of Display Advertising Coordinator. This role involves the booking and coordinating of display advert copy through our system, while liaising with Sales Representatives, our client base and our Production Team, to ensure an even flow of copy and that all print deadlines are achieved.
The ideal candidate is methodical, has excellent time management skills and can coordinate work flows through the various teams. You have excellent communication skills and these will be heavily utilized with chasing and proofing of adverts to clients over the phone. You will also have an eye for detail and be able to work well under the pressures of weekly deadlines, while expanding on our value added services.
