Salary Circa $40K Plus
Established in April 1989, our client is the largest privately owned freight forwarder in New Zealand. Employing in excess of 320 staff throughout New Zealand, our client offers the true total logistics service.
They are seeking a Claims Administrator with that little bit extra.
Working with one other you will need to be accurate, in control, confident, organised, efficient and customer services focused. At times this role will be sole charge.
Preferably wanting someone full-time but are open to part-time.
Your responsibilities will be processing claims, invoices, checking, liaising with internal and external clients, registering, processing, disputes tribunal and district court work and other duties.
To succeed at this role you must:
Have proven freight industry experience.
Be computer literate.
Flexible.
Have excellent verbal and written English comprehension.
Customer service skills.
