This is one of New Zealands largest and leading banking organisations. We are seeking to fill a couple of vacancies due to internal promotion.
The role is responsible for proactively contacting existing customers of the bank to negotiate and arrange payment arrears.
As such sound negotation, professionalism and the ability to take control of the call are essential to succeed in this position.
You will possess experience in a complex customer service, collections or credit control environment. In addition you will possess excellent english communication skills, and a proven track record in taking ownership for your work.
