If you have previous experience either as a mortgage broker or in the banking & finance field and enjoy working with others to grow their businesses then this may be the role for you.
We are looking for someone who has:
• natural training ability, and strong sales skills.
• experience at building and maintaining networks, and enjoys working with others as a mentor out in the field.
• A sound knowledge of the technical aspects of mortgage broking.
• The ability and drive to develop and implement our training program.
• Good communication skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels.
