Description |
Based at Mt Wellington our head office and central New Zealand branch requires the services of an energetic and self motivated person to provide general administrative and office support.
This role is not for the faint hearted, due to the critical nature of their distribution time frames, so the ability to multi-task and make sound judgement calls will be critical. This is a great opportunity for someone wishing to be part of a fast paced dynamic team environment and be part of a large company that is growing at a rapid rate.
Ideally, the successful applicant will have some experience in general admin tasks including filing, typing, data entry and records management. An intermediate/Advanced level of proficiency in the MS Office, Excel is required, a good working knowledge of Access would be a real bonus, along with outstanding organisational skills.
