Golf Course Superintendent
Wainuiomata Golf Club has a rare opportunity for a qualified Course Superintendent at our parkland style course.
Wainuiomata is a progressive Club and we require a Superintendent willing to help further enhance the ClubĄ¯s reputation as a top Wellington Golf Destination.
In addition to possessing the relevant turf management skills, applicants must also have sound leadership abilities as you will be required to manage a staff of three, including two apprentices as well as working with contractors as and when required.
Experience with course budgeting, reporting, current and future planning, machinery and maintenance, turf management, automated irrigation systems together with a familiarity with OSH legislation would be ideal skills to bring to this position.
