On Premise Development Manager
Our Category Development team's purpose is to "Inspire great beer moments!". We aim to do this through a balanced view of:
- introducing new homes for beer in quality environments
- presenting an environment for customers to experience our beer brands from street to seat
- sharing on-premise retail expertise with our sales team and the trade
- mapping the future of on-premise and
- focusing on actions that promote sustainable healthy margin for both on-premise customers and DB.
We now have a great opportunity for the right person to join our leading edge team of two, in a newly created role. As a team, we share the same objectives, and involvement in projects depends on the required mix of experience, skills and technical expertise.
Ideally you'll have some small business experience with strong commercial acumen, can manage projects and balance priorities and use a consultative approach that enables, rather than directs. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about our industry and have the ability to anticipate future market trends and think creatively.
