Our organisation can cater for those individuals who truly want to get out there, work 10-12 hour days and earn the $$$ to pay off that mortgage, bankcard and lovely little convertible they accidentally bought¡¦..or for those who, over the years, have built up great networks and credibility within an organisation but wonder if it¡¯s time to wind down a little when the golf course and boat beckons on those truly fabulous days¡¦. or provide a 9 -3 work day to suit professionals wishing to keep their hand in but who have opted to be there for the kids¡¦¡¦or for those who would love to work 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, or mostly nights and weekends or do their masters or doctorate and work for us 2 days a week¡¦ yes - there are a lot of ¡®ors¡¯ but there¡¯s not a lot we can¡¯t work around!!!
Typically, this will appeal to those who have strong networks and an already established pattern of success in ¡°people¡± related roles. You may have been a Business Development Manager within employment, training and/or government; a senior Recruiter; an HR Practitioner; a training, mentoring, coaching Advisor or Manager; a GM or Operational Manager; or a Specialist in Health, IT, Education etc.
