Programm Leader/Head Teacher
My client, a growing international language school based in Auckland CBD, is seeking a Program Leader/Head teacher to develop and maintain an effective working environment and relationships with staff, whilst offering a high quality teaching and learning environment.
In this role you will be required to:
Assist Director of studies and program educational coordinator
Guide teachers and students to be compliant to school quality management system
Organize teachers meetings related staff, teaching and learning, and student matters
Provide teachers with relevant assistance in preparing professional development plan, teach lessons, assessment, student activities, and in dealing with student lateness and absentees
Maintain facilities of the site.
Respond, and ensure that the office support person responds to enquiries from prospective students effectively, accurately and timely, and in accordance with policies and procedures
Ensure the hazard control process is completed and up to date register of hazards is maintained
Insist that safe work systems and practices are followed at all times by staff and students
To be successful in this role you will:
Accounting teaching background
Possess strong leadership
Be able to achieve a high level of student satisfaction with high quality of teaching and learning.
Be able to create an effective and friendly working and learning environment and relationships with staff and students and between teachers and students at the site
Be capable of gaining a strong reputation and the attention of prospective students in the region
Be able to offer well-maintained resources, facilities and ensure the quality of the site
