Our client is a reputable, leading insurance company. Their ongoing success can be attributed to their people who make this company special.
You will lead an established claims team of up to ten people who are committed to excellence through team effort. To succeed in this role you will have a strong Insurance Claims background with capable leadership and coaching skills in the areas of people and performance management.
The ability to communicate the company vision and objectives, plus identify areas and opportunities for improvement are key requirements of the role, combined with building relationships with the Broker market.
