Manager - Business Analysts
People management, project management, pre-sales, and business analysis!
You've been around the block, you know your stuff, projects have come and gone, and now you are ready for that new senior position.
This role will see you combining all of your past experience - business analysis, project management, people management, and IT knowledge.
Leading a team of up to 15, you will act as a mentor and facilitate work within the team, and will be responsible for managing their performance.
Another responsibility will be that of pre-sales activity - providing input for the organisation.
In addition, you will be called upon to act as a lead BA for specific projects you¡¯re your hands on skills will be kept up to date!
This is a fantastic opportunity within an arm of a large corporate. If you have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong BA, PM, and people management experience, then apply now!!
Key Skills:
10+ years IT experience
5+ years BA experience
Demonstrated people management skills
Project management experience
Degree qualified
ITIL and/or PMP qualifications would be an advantage
