Job Description This IT organisation is experiencing phenomenal growth and definite career opportunities exist for the right person. You will be joining a fun yet focused team with a work hard play hard attitude. The role involves providing support to the Administration Manager and the Company Accountant. While your role centres on routine tasks in order to allow the Accountant and Administration Manager to focus on more in-depth functions and projects, we are seeking someone who really likes to take ownership of their responsibilities and given the growth within the company, who knows where this role could lead if you have the right attitude! HOURS OF WORK: Monday 10am – 1pm Wednesday 9am – 3pm Thursday 9am – 3pm Friday 9am – 3pm The days of work are set but there is a little flexibility around these hours for the right person. Your responsibilities will include: ACCOUNTS SUPPORT (approx 30% of the role) • Coding and entering accounts payable • Accounts receivable journal entry • Bank statement reconciliation • Credit card analysis and reconciliation • Banking preparation • Backup – order processing, payment processing, credit control OFFICE SUPPORT (approx 70% of the role) • Reception: answering phones and meet and greet • Couriers and receipt of duties • Mail/banking • Ordering and restocking kitchen and stationery supplies • General errands and shopping for supplies • Backup support to sales and marketing assistant This organisation has achieved international success and phenomenal growth yet has managed to retain a close-knit family culture while having an exciting business vision for the future.
