Safety Manager

Lead IMG's "Safety First" culture
Heavy engineering experience an advantage
An exciting opportunity exists at IMG for an experienced person to manage the Safety, Health and Environment culture and compliance of our growing business.
For your application to be successful you will have advanced Health and Safety knowledge (preferably gained via hands-on heavy engineering experience) and will hold or be working toward relevant Safety qualifications.
Your practical experience developing and implementing suitable safety training and standards will be supported by strong management and organisation skills; computer literacy and a sound understanding of the ACC Partnership Programme.
To thrive in this key leadership role, building strong internal and external relationships is crucial. A person with excellent communication skills, accomplished at managing and implementing Change is a must, as is liaising with people across various business groups.
