Description |
This is a great opportunity for an experienced secretary with PA and administrative skills to step up and broaden their horizons.
Supporting several managers and their team of professional property financial advisors, this is a role where variety is certainly the key word and your ability to turn your hand to most things is essential.
Responsiblities include overseeing the daily requirements of the office, wordprocessing, formatting of powerpoint presentations, preparing and formating board reports, mail merges, diary management, spreadsheets and basic accounts (coding etc).
You'll need to possess a minimum of 50wpm typing, Advanced MS Word and Powerpoint (the ability to imports charts/graphs and do mail merge is essential) together with intermediate Excel. The role involves lots of editing of documents and therefore your documentation presentation skills need to be second to none. Experience with basic accounts is highly desireable.
Strong time management, organisational skills, initaitive, a high level of customer service (internal and external) with a flexible / adaptable approach is essential.
