Description |
Can you see yourself on the beach in Bermuda?
My client, a highly respected practice dedicated to providing a professional service in collaboration with clients from inception to completion.
Are you an experienced Architectural Technologist with 3+years (minimum) post graduate experience in the office and out in the field?
You must be proficient in AutoCAD 2004 as a minimum and be able to produce drawings to a high standard that conveys information clearly, and completely to the client, officials and contractors.
You must have a philosophy of good design, careful detailing and close personal attention to the requirements of the client.
An understanding of the building codes, contract administration, excellent written and spoken English and a business-like personal presentation are a prerequisite for this role.
There is an urgency to this appointment, so you must be able to move quickly.
