We are seeking a highly organised and motivated person to work for the General Manager, Centre for Social Research and Evaluation. We are seeking candidates with proven experience as an Executive Assistant at a senior level, in medium to large organizations and an understanding of the Policy Sector. This is a highly challenging role where your initiative and good judgment will assist the GM and others within the business unit. Your responsibilities will include a range of EA duties, including diary and relationship management, coordinating meetings and making travel arrangements. You will have excellent organisational skills with the flexibility to reschedule/reorganise due to a rapidly changing environment. Excellent secretarial and administrative services with an advanced level of computer and keyboard skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
